Emmerich Stabilizer - Master Volt HT provides maximum protection and stable voltage for equipment with high power. Designed for use in all types of electrical equipment, such as in offices, telecommunications, hospitals, industrial machines, and many more. The Emmerich Master Volt HT stabilizer is available in capacities of 100 - 150 - 200 - 250 - 300 - 350 - 400 - 500 - 600 - 800 - 1000 - 1500 - 2000 kVA three phase input and output models.
Master Volt HT is specifically designed for greater power, the regulator is designed using an independent column transformer and combined with an independent EI buck boost transformer. The result is a stabilizer that is reliable for any load, has high power and high performance in each phase.
The digital microprocessor controller system always monitors the input voltage continuously. If the voltage fluctuates, the controller will give a command to the relay combination system device to adjust the constant output voltage to the 220 V level with an accuracy level of 5%.
Designed with a digital monitoring display to display the input-output voltage and electric current for each phase simultaneously and in real time, so that everything is easier to read and more focused.
We believe that smooth production in a factory is very important and vital, therefore we designed the Emmerich Master Volt HT Stabilizer with a HOT switch system combined with a dual controller board. This system makes things easier and faster for you if there is a problem with the controller board. With just one switch movement you can easily activate the other controller board.
Master Volt HT uses AC servo motor technology combined with the latest digital microprocessor. A reliable AC servo motor has strong torque and a fast response to move the carbon brush on the Column transformer to produce a stable and accurate electric voltage. The AC servo motor combined with a digital microprocessor controller makes this stabilizer always ready to produce a stable electric voltage.
Master Volt HT is designed with independent regulator technology on each phase and with an independent controller on each regulator. Independent regulators combined with independent phase controllers on each phase dramatically improve electrical quality and provide a maximum level of comfort and protection for 3 phase electrical equipment when the input voltage fluctuates unevenly in each electrical phase.
The bypass system is designed to be integrated in the stabilizer unit, now bypassing is easy, safe and practical. We reimagined the bypass system by using Easy Bypass, this system makes it much easier and safer for you to bypass when a problem occurs with the unit. You just need to select bypass or stabilizer mode.
You can save costs, no longer need additional costs to install bypass panels on your walls. And of course your walls will be more beautiful and clean without bypass panels.
Master Volt HT is designed not only to stabilize voltage, but also to provide full protection to equipment. Master Volt HT is equipped with under-over voltage and phase failure protection features, the system will cut off if the electrical voltage is too high or too low at the input voltage, thus providing protection for the equipment we use. During the cut off condition, the system will simultaneously give an alarm sound signal, so you can easily find out and check the alarm status. The temperature trip protection feature is also embedded in the Master Volt HT, if the stabilizer experiences an overload resulting in excessive heat, the heat sensor will work and give a command to the controller board to disconnect the stabilizer output from the electricity supply.
