We call it True Digital technology. The All New Master Volt FT is powered by an ARM® Cortex® 32-bit CPU Core chip to receive and process sampling data on changes in electrical voltage quickly and provide an accurate response to the servo motor to produce an electrical voltage that is always stable.
With an ARM® Cortex® 32-bit CPU Core chip, the All New Master Volt FT reaches a new level in 3 phase electrical stabilizer performance. This is the most reliable and intelligent chip ever in a 3 phase electrical stabilizer unit. With high-speed memory capable of processing sampling data on changes in electrical voltage very quickly, precisely and with precision. Not only that, thanks to the ARM® Cortex® 32-bit chip, the All New Master Volt FT Emmerich series electric stabilizer is richer in features and interactive.
We believe that a good display panel on an electric stabilizer unit is a display panel that is large and clear and can display all information on electric voltage and usage load simultaneously and important status information on the electric stabilizer that is needed by the user. So in the All New Master Volt FT, we designed everything needed to become a reality.
On the All New Master Volt FT, the LCD display panel is a 5.1 inch Interactive Smart Function Display which is capable of displaying all Stabilizer status information in real time and interactively. You can easily monitor the input-output voltage and load simultaneously and in real time, even all important status information on the electrical stabilizer is also displayed in one ISFD Display.
Setting up the electric stabilizer is now so easy and fast. Now you can adjust the output voltage, output accuracy, under-over voltage protection, overload protection, motor speed and output delay very easily and quickly. Easy-touch is very safe, it is protected with a PIN number to ensure that the settings page cannot be accessed by just anyone.
The speed of the servo motor in adjusting unstable electric voltage plays an important role in producing a stable electric voltage output. So in the All New Master Volt FT, with True Digital technology we are able to reconceptualize the RPM rotation speed on the servo motor so that the RPM rotation speed on the servo motor can be adjusted to 4 different speed levels. This speed level can be selected according to the conditions and characteristics of the electrical voltage in different environments.
To provide amazing performance on the servo motor, we designed braking on the servo motor with the SBS system. In this way, servo motor braking becomes very smooth, accurate and precise at the stop point. So this makes the electric voltage correction very smooth and stable, even the servo motor and carbon brush become more durable thanks to this SBS system. All this is possible thanks to the 32-bit ARM® Cortex® Chip embedded in the Emmerich All New master Volt FT electric stabilizer.
In the All New Master Volt FT everything becomes more sophisticated, safe and protected. Now on the All New Master Volt FT - via Easy Touch button access, you can easily determine and set yourself how long the output delay timer you want. When the Emmerich electric stabilizer is turned on, the unit will display a countdown of seconds according to the length of the output timer delay that you have previously determined.
Even if there is an extreme electrical voltage disturbance, the unit will automatically cut off and power up again accompanied by an output delay timer when the electrical voltage is normal.
Of course, with the ADTO feature - adjustable delay timer output, this will provide more protection to your electrical equipment when extreme voltage disturbances occur or electricity from PLN that likes to turn on and off at very close frequency.
The power supply used in conventional electric stabilizers is only powered by a conventional CT transformer which is provided with a simple voltage rectifier circuit. The power supply in the electric stabilizer unit is the most important component of every electric stabilizer. The power supply functions to provide DC voltage supply to the controller board and servo motor.
In the All New Master Volt FT we have made a new breakthrough, now the controller board and servo motor are powered by a reliable Mean Well Dedicated Power Supply Unit. Mean Well Power Supply has high efficiency, long life and good performance. Supported by a wide input range, namely from 88-264 Vac, so that the DC voltage output for the controller board and servo motor on the electric stabilizer unit is very smooth, stable and free from distortion.
The bypass system is designed to be integrated in the stabilizer unit, now bypassing is easy, safe and practical. We reimagined the bypass system by using Easy Bypass, this system makes it much easier and safer for you to bypass when a problem occurs with the unit. You just need to select bypass or stabilizer mode.
You can save costs, there is no need for additional costs to install bypass panels on your walls. And of course your walls will be more beautiful and clean without bypass panels.
The Emmerich stabilizer is designed not only to stabilize electric voltage, but also to provide full protection for the electrical equipment we use. The All New Master Volt FT is equipped with an under-over voltage protection feature, which will provide cut-off protection if the electrical voltage is too high or too low at the input voltage, thus providing protection for the electrical equipment we use. A new protection feature, namely Digital Overload Protection, is present on the All New Master Volt FT, if the stabilizer experiences an overload, the CPU will automatically send a signal to disconnect the stabilizer output from the electricity supply so that the stabilizer unit will be safe from the dangers of overloading.
